Programmaoverzicht (14.00 – 18.00 uur)
- 14.00 – 14.30 Inloop en ontvangst met gratis heerlijk hapjes, drankjes & live muziek! Geweldig live muziek met Michael Kituu daarna DJ Afrobeat muziek. Mag gedanst worden.
- 14.30 – 14.40 De dagvoorzitter (Vijay Sampatsing) Introductie van het thema GEEN PLEK VOOR RACISME, DISCRIMINATIE & AFROFOBIE, programma en Stichting Africa Life voorzitter voor het Welkomstwoord.
- 14.45 – 15.00 Keynote Speech door Ashley Chin (NCDR) over de doorwerking van Afrofobie in Nederland. Zij vertegenwoordigt Rabin Baldewsing, de Nationaal Coördinator tegen Discriminatie en Racisme, die helaas vandaag niet aanwezig kon zijn.
- 15.00 – 15.30 Dialoog met Brahim Fattah (ProDemos) over Wijkcafé Gedeelde Waarden. In Nederland zijn vrijheid, gelijkwaardigheid en solidariteit belangrijke waarden. Toch lijken we steeds vaker tegenover elkaar te staan en luisteren we minder goed naar elkaar. Tijdens het Wijkcafé zoeken we naar wat ons verbindt. Wat betekent ‘vrijheid’ eigenlijk? Door hierover in gesprek te gaan, verkleinen we de afstand tussen mensen. Gezellig en niet te misen!

- 16.10 – 17.10 Pauze met gratis heerlijk eten, DJ muziek & Michael Kituu
- 17.10 – 17.30 Karaoke met gast zang zoals, USA For Africa – We are the world, Jimmy Cliff – We all are one & Don Carlos – black history lyrics
- 17.30 – 17.45 Terugkoppeling van inzichten en aanbevelingen – de resultaten, conclusies en concrete adviezen van de wordt gedeeld met de deelnemers door Ashley Chin (NCDR)
- 17.45 – 18.00 Netwerking, Muziek en Borrel

Program Overview (14:00 – 18:00)
- 14:00 – 14:30 Arrival and welcome with free delicious snacks, drinks & live music! great live music by Michael Kituu followed by Afrobeat DJ music. Dancing is encouraged.
- 14:30 – 14:40 Opening by the day’s chairperson (Vijay Sampatsing). Introduction of the theme NO PLACE FOR RACISM, DISCRIMINATION & AFROPHOBIA, program overview, and welcome speech by the chair person of Stichting Africa Life.
- 14:45 – 15:00 Keynote Speech by Ashley Chin (NCDR) on the impact of Afrophobia in the Netherlands. She represents Rabin Baldewsing, the National Coordinator against Discrimination and Racism, who unfortunately could not attend today.
- 15:00 – 15:30 Dialogue with Brahim Fattah (ProDemos) about Neighborhood Café Shared Values. In the Netherlands, freedom, equality, and solidarity are important values. Yet we increasingly seem to stand against each other and listen less. During the Neighborhood Café, we explore what connects us. What does “freedom” really mean? By engaging in conversation, we reduce distance between people. Cozy and not to be missed!

- 16:10 – 17:10 Break with free delicious food, DJ music & Michael Kituu

- 17:30 – 17:45 Feedback on insights and recommendations – the results, conclusions, and concrete advice will be shared with the participants by Ashley Chin (NCDR).”
